Are you kidding me? The other issue we had was at the bar. THE MACHINE WAS LITERALLY GONE! It took me 15 minutes to track down an employee and they told me oh yes it's behind this wall and we don't know when it will return. We respected that and went back in the morning to play once more before we left. The machine had a note on it saying it would be closed from 10:30pm-8am the next say.
We found a machine that was so unique in that it didn't have anything to do with slots but rather opening and bidding on presents. The spa, bowling, pool, swim up bar, all of it was closed for our stay! This was the entire reason we selected this place. I proceeded to ask the hours of the pool and she told me it was actually closed until after our trip was over. When we arrived 4.5 hours away from home, we were told that we could not have a high floor as requested becuase they do Sunday deep cleaning.
I felt that the website was not easy to navigate and it did not clearly state the hours of operation. We reserved a room via the online website.
